Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 5–11 business days for wigs, hair bundles and jewellery.

Personalised pieces take a little extra care and typically arrive within 13–14 business days.

How much is delivery?

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

Orders under R3,000: R120 delivery
Orders of R3,000 or more: R250 delivery

Your delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Of course! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email or SMS so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Can I return or exchange an item?
