Delivery Times

We know you're excited to receive your order, and we can't wait for it to reach you!

Wigs, Hair Bundles & Jewellery

Please allow approximately 5–11 business days for your order to arrive.

Personalised Jewellery

Made especially for you, our personalised pieces require a little extra time. Please allow approximately 13–14 business days for creation and delivery.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, and orders to rural or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.

Under R3,000	R120
R3,000 and above	R250

Your delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout, so you'll know exactly what to expect before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

This allows you to follow your parcel's journey right to your doorstep.
